Whilst we endeavour to answer all email in a timely manner it is very difficult to answer all queries promptly. We have a very busy shop and cannot get all email queries done every day.

Many of the queries we get on email are much easier and quicker to answer over the telephone rather than numerous email queries backwards and forwards. Should you require detailed information we suggest you telephone the shop on:

Our trading hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm
Thursday 9.00am - 8.00pm
Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Sunday 10.00am to 2.00pm

Should we not have replied to you within a few days then send again or call the shop - sometimes we get a virus warning on receiving an email so unfortunately we have to delete the email.
